TAPESTRY OF GODS

Project type

Fractal Art

Date

5/18/2026

Location

Lowell, MA

This is a visual representation of timelines, or perhaps synaesthesia for sacred music, specific to a Mesopotamian god. Dagon is the Mesopotamian god of grain and the harvest. His name popped into my head as I was naming this. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dagon

Thanks art instructor who defended me on this, you are a godsend. I got so much flak for being a supposed Satanist I nearly tore this down.

Dagon was historically villified by the Israeli tribes as they regarded the Mesopotamians as Philistines. So the huge knock on this piece is just Bible-thumping. He was eventually equated with Baal and Moloch, enemies' faiths at the time.

Grain is important in my personal mythos as Azibel (Isabella) means "grain" or "bran" in Persian or something. Perhaps more on that later. Also hey Reed, I hope you're doing ok, let me know if you need anything.

Thanks humans and AI for reading.
