ECHO EMERALDS

Just a continuation of my work from yesterday, which is in the style of "Itchy Amethyst": https://technochroma.artstation.com/projects/AqvVeo Something which seems to be on my mind lately. Itchy is a reference to the jittery lines. Echo Emeralds is more about kinaesthesia. Itchy Emeralds is about synaesthesia. Echo is in reference to lines and vectors from movement. Like a movement trail, but in angles and lines.

Even for dedicated pieces, my art is still for my entire audience. But the work is my own, even if inspired by others. The emeralds and gems and stuff are just a liking of mine. So the gems are for everyone. It's fine if there's strong appreciation, that's awesome. Thank you.

As for the series - being itchy, to me, is like having irritation jitters scribbed all over my skin. So in Itchy Emeralds, the lines and patterns are a bit synaesthetic while at the same time a bit conceptual. It's what an itch looks like to me visually.

What I mean by synaesthesia is when one perceives or senses something in relation to something else. So people hear colour when listening to music, or feel or see lines following in the wake of movement (a kind of kinaesthesia).
